It’s turning out to be another one of those weeks… again. I thought I’d share the following two videos to give my readers a small glimpse into my life.
I came across this first video on Yves Hanoulle’s blog while surfing Agile blogs over the weekend. I Want to Run an Agile Project makes me happy, in a small way, that I do not have to live with the same level of bureaucracy as highly regulated or public companies. On the other hand, what the poor guy has to navigate to get things to happen is a common story for the majority of companies. I think the video does a reasonable job of presenting both the Agile developer’s and the business’ points of view.
The second video was shared by someone I follow on Twitter. I immediately shared it with my team at work. It’s so true! Those of us in the video game industry often hear what the little robot says and the big robot is doing a great job of explaining our reality.
As I final note, I thought I’d mention that both videos were made with Xtranormal technology. The company is based in Montreal, not far from where I live. I always get a kick at seeing smaller local companies’ products get used from diverse corners of the globe.
